1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is not functioning properly.
  • The product delivered is different from the order.
  • The request is submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

Note: Many electronics retailers in Jordan restrict returns mainly to defective items and require quick notification after delivery.


2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The product is new, unused, and unopened
  • The exchange request is made within 3 days from the delivery date
  • The product is in its original condition

Opened or used products cannot be exchanged unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used laptops, computers, or accessories
  • Software, licenses, or digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or physical damage
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Products after the return period has expired

4. Refund Policy

If the return is approved:

You may choose one of the following:

  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Replacement with the same product
  • Store credit equal to the purchase value

Refund processing time:

  • 2–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

5. Warranty

All products sold on our website include:

  • Official manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty period varies by product (usually 1 year)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repair

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong item or defective product):
    We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for other reasons:
    The customer will bear the shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled:

  • Before shipment — full refund
  • After shipment — cancellation subject to return conditions

Refund for online payments will be processed within:

  • 48 hours to 5 business days
